Copy Article Function (save As) From The Joomla Menu, Produces A New Article With Empty SPPB Contents

after updating SPPB 5.6.1 the copy article function (save as) from the joomla menu, produces a new article with empty SPPB contents. The new article is saved but when opening the SPPB editor the content is empty. This anomaly is present only in new articles... copying an old article, created with the previous version of SPPB, the contents are present. I am forced to export/import from SPPB to have the contents in the copy of the new articles (SPPB 5.6.1 articles).

Hello Claudio,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

You have to use export/import option to copy an SP Page Builder article. It will not work as regular Joomla article Save As Copy.

Best regards

A new version of SPPB has been released but the problem has not been fixed. I reported three different issues, and none of them have been fixed with the latest SPPB update. Too bad... very bad.

This is so unfortunate. But this request is not possible to do. There are some limitations. Sorry for the inconvenience.
