I Can't Save My Css Styles On My Layout

Hi good day! I work at my site and I have some problems with the Custom Css Home page, On the Sp Page Builder I can see the change I made on the Css but when I'm going to the preview page I can't see the styles. I'm already flushed my Dynamic cache and also my browser too, could you please help me...
