Hi Aslam,

1. You should deliver more information - if you need quick support, like in the doctor office.
2. If you have RAW/CLEAN Helix Ultimate 2.0.12 template - you can choose that:

Otherwise, additional CSS may be required to hide MegaMenu.

Why you need only [=] also on desktop? Is this your design vision? Because if we talk about useability it's a bad idea.
