0 - Error:0 On Upgrade To Joomla 4.2.9 From 3.10.x And Pagebuilder 4.0.8

I've just upgraded a site from Joomla 3 to 4 and PB to 4.0.8 getting a blank page and 0 - Error:0 msg in the tab.
Template is Shaper_Lightbox 1.6 build date Jan 2017 - it says it's up to date, but I'm thinking this may be the problem.
I can't edit any pages.
Joomla and other plugins seem to work fine, so problem appears to be with Pagebuilder or the Template.
