SPPB3 Module Issue

In Development view The Page heading Module I have created, Sticks to the Fixed width in all view

But In Live view Desktop view the module content stretches to the edges of the browser But in tablet and mobile view the module conforms to the template fixed width is there a setting or css i need to add to this module?

Have solved the issue by adding .container class to the inner section

Just to Clarify The module is working in desktop mode as if the Fluid row option is activated I really dont want this I have tried activating and deactivation but desktop mode stays the same the conte of the module appear edge to edge The other views display correctly dependent on the option selected.
