Add On Reuse

Hello,

We found there is export/import option under sp-page-builder: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/export-import-and-save-how-to-reuse-custom-designs it said it can export the "Page structure" into json format.

We would like to ask: if the page is create by addons named: "ABC" , is that true that we can export the addons also ? or we can just export the "format" or the page created ?

Hello Calvin

Yes, if you export/import the page, the addon will also be there. But you won't be able to use the special addon which is made for the template or custom addons. If you want to use one addon from a template to another, then follow this tutorial

Best regards

Hello Ofi ,

Thanks for your great advice.

As the video is a little bit old , Would you please advice the particular addons related CSS & JS should be located at which directory ? PS: we are using latest version of SP page Builder & Helix.

Thanks, Calvin

Yes, the tutorial is old but still relevant. You might also need to search on templates/template_name/css/template.css and templates/template_name/js/main.js for the specific CSS and JS for that addon.
