sorry, indeed, there is bug in last SPPB 4.0.8 update. Many topics about it so far :(

It will be fixed in this week update (4.0.9), by now please use Custom CSS to resize image or put that image inside Raw HTML addon with WIDTH and HEIGHT html code.

Please ping me tomorrow at this same time, I should get RC version by then.
