Gazette Template Error Messages And PHP Problem

Hi, I am using Gazette for joomla 3, after migrating to a different hosting, I start having some problems. First of all I cant set my PHP version to anything higher than 7.4 web siters fails to open and follonwing error messages show on front and back ends

The Gazette template is not compatible with PHP 8 yet, it will get the compatibility soon. You may try with PHP 7.4 for now. Here is our plan: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/latest-php-compatibility-for-templates-and-extensions
