Nothing works, I only see the name of the component with (Page and category) when I click on it, an empty page appears.

If I try to use a Sp page builder module, the same thing happens (blank page).

Component version 3.8.9 works with errors (I can't insert tools like (Templates, section and some functions of add blocks)

@Thiago, if you have SPPB 3.8.x there , and is working fine as I checked keep that version by now.

Wait with SPPB 4.0.x update few weeks. Both versions are supported, but 4.0.x is still new versions, with "childhood" problems. You know, this same as it was with Joomla 4.0.x.

Template Joomlart

Hi Thiago. Joomla templates are two types.

Simple Templates and Framework Templates.

An example of Simple Template - Cassiopea.

An example of Framework Template - Helix Ultimate.

Joomlart templates are built on T4 Framework (this is another Framework Template). Each Framework Template has its own ecosystem. If you use a T4 Framework -based template, then you better use the T4 Page Builder but not SP Page Builder.

Sp Page Builder works well with Helix Ultimate Framework as it belongs to this ecosystem. And works well with Simple Template (perhaps some CSS preparation of the template will be required). But do not use SP Page Builder in another Framework Template than Helix.

T4 Page Builder works well with T4 Framework as it belongs to this ecosystem. And works well with Simple Template (perhaps some CSS preparation of the template will be required). But do not use T4 Page Builder in another Framework Template than T4 Framework.

Understanding these things will save you from problems and expenses of nerves when communicating with support.

There are thousands of extensions and templates. It is not possible to make them compatible with each other. Therefore, care for the site ecosystem is the basic principle of the operation of any webmaster.
