For me "embarrassing" is that screenshot, white page - not helpfull at all :(

I have installed that template QS on my hosting but I don't see any suspicus content inside. I even used Joomla Firewall to check code after Joomla update. So I don't know why Google thinks in a different way. Maybe for its algorithms demo content is "bad" somehow. Unfortunately, nowadays large corporations are the oracle of truth for people. But it's just a script, today it works like this, tomorrow it works differently. You can't always believe them. So please test it on localhost etc.

There is also possible theory that Google added that domain with https to black-list sooner. Who knows what was there before, few weeks or months ago. Maybe you keep unsecured site and somebody infected the code and google indexed it.

Tasks for you:

1. Test your site with https and http address
2. Clean whole root content, remove all files and folder - then install CLEAN/RAW Joomla 4.2.9 and preview again (1)
3. Try this same QS DEMO on totally different domain and localhost to be 100% sure that is not domiain fault.

If will give more answers. We may all be wrong.

Maybe in makes sense for you to load the package on the server so that it doesn't have all this UNSAFE stuff -

This is out of hand and needs to be resolved - Their should be no reason wy I should be paying you for your components and templates and support and paying other people to fix these errors

Please Fix this how ever yuo have to do it, now I have already had people do work on a multi site from this domain and all that work will likey be lost if you are reloading

You can backup all files and transfer (zip/jpa)to your laptop , pendrive etc.

I am going to ask you to do a fresh install on my hosting please - I can't be doing all this over and over again. I am trying get my business back up and running, and I need your help - this has been more than I struggle

1. Create subdomain on that same domain (test.communitygetaways.com)
2. Upload there simple index.html with: Lorem ipsum content....
3. Test in browser, do you see red warning page from browser or not?

if not, upload there website backup from main domain and preview site again.
