1. Read suggestion is Google PageSpeed Insights and similar tools.
2. Use extra extension like JCH_Optimize etc.
3. Use speed up rules inside .htaccess file.

There are whole books & long tutorials about website speed up. So, I am not able to describe this topic in the forum post. It's a process with many steps and analyses.

this is not a satisfactory answer :-(

On the pages, you write that web templates on the Helix framework, including SP Page Builder Pro, are optimized for fast page loading. I uploaded the website to a test domain and disabled all third-party components and modules. Now the site is only on the Onepage template and the content is generated by SP Page Builder Pro - so why do I have a mobile view site performance = 32 and desktop = 41? When I switch to the default Cassiopeia template, the measured values are mobile view = 75, desktop = 88. I would put the content outside of SP Page Builder Pro, so I believe it. that the values will be over 90!

Do as you wish. I cannot change template nor SPPB code here on the forum.

For sure you have to:

1. compress images - right now total size: 4MB.
2. compress JS and CSS

Many webmasters even with SPPB can get 80-90 score.

On the page https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/onepage the Preview does not work, so I installed onepage_quickstart_j4_v3.0.1.zip on the demo domain and the performance of the ONEPAGE template even with the demo content is only mobile = 33, computer = 48 ! Other graphic templates perform far better.

I believe that the ONEPAGE graphic template is not optimized. My question is not how to optimize, but why the performance of the ONEPAGE template is so low.
