It was fresh installation of SPPB 4.0.7, than upgrade to 4.0.8 and than 4.0.9. I'm not sure when that happened.

What was the solution? I have the same problem with one page, the "builder-modal-body" window is empty except the Save option. Another page is fine by the way.

I have updated to 4.0.10 and this problem still remains. I need to fix it.
