Investa Template Options (and Article Ratings/J Text Share) Not Displaying Properly

After Quickinstall and investigating Investa template (I'm a newby at Joomshaper) I saw that the navigation of the template options (back-end), HELIX_ULTIMATE_ARTICLE_RATINGS and J_TEXT_SHARE (front-end) not displaying properly. Looks like there are missing translation files. Default language is Dutch (nl-NL).

Can't upload any screenshots and my (test) website is placed in a secured folder of a test subdomain, so not easily accesible (don't want search engines to index it ;-). I will try to explain what is happening:

In the navigation of the template options:

  • Presets tab showing HELIX_ULTIMATE_PRESETS
  • Layout tab showing HELIX_ULTIMATE_LAYOUT_BUILDER
  • etc.
  • Also all titles within the tabs are shown as HELIX_ULTIMATE_MEGAMENU_SELECT
  • Basic, Custom code and advanced tab titles are okay!

At the bottom of the blog pages on the frontend it shows HELIX_ULTIMATE_ARTICLE_RATINGS instead of Ratings and J_TEXT_SHARE instead of Share

Hi Paul,

The Investa template still have a missing language phrase under the blog pages at the frontend, despite the phrase is in the language file.

Try to override that J_TEXT_SHARE pharse using Joomla Language Override

Translate that for all used languages.

Thanks Paul,

I'm aware of this possibility, but I think it's strange that while the string is present in the language file it won't show. Just out of curiosity, do you know how this could happen?

Best regards, Remco

I'm aware of this possibility

Why? This is Joomla built-in feature. If it will help, all is OK.
