the section Blow your own glass should have a background video but it isnt playing or showing at all, there is just a beige backgriund - please help me get the gideo to work and then this sute can go live

please test from different browser , laptop etc.

that is the top slideshow i am referring to the lower section with the green beige background with this text over it this should have a video playing in the background

I have even tried upgrading the component toi the V4 but it didnt work, when i try and open a page to edit i just got a 404 error so have rolled it back to 3.9 again. PLEASE can you look at this, as soon as this section is working the site can go live

If you still don't believe here is evidence video, I checked top and bottom video - video is auto-playing.

Maybe use Youtube clip instead, video mp4 files may be too heavy in some cases. I have quite fast net, so I don't see delays.

Ok thanks, it hasnt been working for a week or so but does now thanks. If i use Youtube to disiplay the video it isnt wide enough, how can i didplay the background videos from Youtube and get them to fill the width of the website please?

Settings for Youtube/Vimeo video are that same, but quality depends on youtube, not us.

The main question is ... how many percent of people will scroll down and see 2nd video? 20-40%?
Maybe static bg image will be good enough in this case. You have to think also about website speed, loading time as well.

This is so frustrating, i have been trying to get this right for 3 weeks now. OK i have given up on trying to get a video to display here, even a youtube one wont work at all so i want to put an image over the background, i have done this loads of times before but i cant get THIS section to take the background image.

The image i want is the last one uploaded if you go to add an image and is cuirrently set as the ROW background image but doesnt show up on the website.

The section for this to go IS NOT THE TOP SLIDESHOW it is under the Instagram feed with the green background it is the Row with the Text Block "Blow your own glass"

Can you please help me get this background image to show?

From SPPB Settings:

1. Lazy Load : Off
2. If you enabled Production Mode: click button "Purge Cached CSS"
3. Preview site again.

Ah thanks 3 weeks of torture and it was the lazy load button!!

Inside that Row you have Column, check its settings and REMOVE/DELETE this class name: major_color_bckg-40

it was created by Flex template developer.

Im sorry i still cant find it, there are no CSS class additions, i think i have been through all the tabs and options dozens of times?

In theory You should ask Apikko support where they put it.
