Hi,
I have created a second form on a site and I cannot get it to send emails. I want to add more. The first form I creted works well, I have tried to copy all the settings and it still will not send, I do not get the Sent Email message like I do on the first form I created.

Accepted AnswerI have enabled the form builder on Ultimate Umberellas page and sent a test form. Also, I have checked contact page form builder. Both seems to be working.

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access and the second form page link here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Pages are Delux Umbrellas & Ultimate Umbrellas Both have a form on them.

Accepted AnswerI have forms on different pages. Only one works. I have them turned of as you will see. When you look at the SP Page builder Pro -> Pages -> Contacts - Form works Delux Umbrellas - First row you see that is not enabled you will see the form module there Ultimate Umbrellas - First row you see that is not enabled you will see the form module there Accessories Umbrellas - not enabled form
