Accepted Answer@Henk, Should be, hard to say why it didn't work this time. In most cases it works. Maybe your server security rules locks contection with ours.

Please click on the link in the error and a latest version of SP Page Builder should be downloaded right there, then you can install it manually as any other extension to get updated.
