in theory, you can use Button addon from SP Page Builder, but if you want to have more documents like in your example, I suggest using dedicated component for that. For example, check features of those:
- Phoca Download (free)
- Dropfiles (pro)
- DOCman (pro)
Listen my advice and Think how many documents there will be not today nor tomorrow, but a year from now. That will help you decide what extension do you really need for that task. Especially if more than one person will manage it.
