I informed on forum many times. But I repeat again, it may not be easy.

1. If you edited some pages using SPPB 4.0.x return to SPPB 3.8 may cause that those pages cannot be edited anymore in older SPPB.
2. If you want to try anyway:

• Make full website backup
• Delete or Rename that folder: components\com_sppagebuilder\addons
• Install SPPB Pro 3.8.9 (yes, you can still download it, just search in Download section)
• Clear Joomla cache
• Clear Browser cache, prey and test site

until backend are back

It should be in May/June. But I understand, and I also looking forward to that update.
