Hi, after migrating from Joomla 3 to 4 and update to sppb 4 (4.0.10) I had the problem, that emails built with the form builder were not sent any more. The reason: In the former version, I have changed the default Email Subject to {{subject}} | {{email}} | {{site-name}} and it worked perfectly. After the migration, the same setting does not work - emails were not sent. After removing | {{email}} (change to default setting of Email Subject) the emails were sent correctly.

Is it possible to correct this with the next update or do you have a workaround?
