I have just checked your bakend, and you are using templates from both Helix3 and Helix Ultimate framework.

These two framework are different in module position, layout, class names and so many areas. So, it can cause conflict if you use them together in a single site. Please keep templates from only one framework and remove the rests.

If you want to work with Helix Ultimate then please uninstall each and every instances of Helix3 framework. It includes Helix3 template, educon template, even the helix3 system plugin also.

Moreover, please make sure you are using correct email address and license key from the active subscription. You can remove and then re-enter them again. It may help!

Note: Clearing your Joomla and browser cache is always important.
