my hotel and some joomla-expert say it's the template or some scripts on the site that is preventing me from coming in.

DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY PROVIDE REAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT???? I'VE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND NOT A SINGLE THING HAS BEEN RESOLOVED!!! ONLY MORE DAMAGE!!!! WHERE IS THE SUPPORT TEAM???

@Grethe, I have few quick ideas (settings) that may help. Of course hosting speed will be this same.
But even back-end of your Joomla core is very slow :(

Anthony - I have 14 sites at my hotel - and all are running fine. Only this is very slow??
- I didn't use a new kickstart.php - is that a problem??
- a joomla expert suggested that i re-install all joomla core files.
is it a solution - and how do I do it??

THAT'S GREAT, BUT THAT DOESN'T RESOLOVE THE SINGLE ISSUE I'VE HAD FOR MORE THAN A MONTH THAT THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS!!!

but again today. very slow. and when I was in admin - under pages and clicked BACK TO ADMIN
it took a very long time. and then I got this message
App Error: Error: read ECONNRESET

- I wrote what I did it "Hidden Content" look up.
- If Joomla Admin works slow, it's not our fault! Talk with Hosting support. I cannot help with that.
