Column Vertical Align Changes does Not Work Frontend

Hello, in SP Page builder 4.0.9 column vertical align options does not work anymore... On edit/design page front end you will see it, but on the normal website frontend the vertical align is not work. Aligning the row is working, but for seperate columns not.

Please check and fix this.
