Joomla 4.3.0 Update compatibility

Joomla 4.3.0 (from 4.2.9) pre update check indicates there may be a compatibility issue with SP Page Builder and the upgrade to Joomal 4.3.0 - see text from screenshot below. (Can't attach a jpg to this question)

I suspect this is a false alarm but would eb good for someone to confirm thsi before I upagrdae all my sites !

I made the update (with akeeba first, of course)

It broke my site. Here is the message I got:

Load Class "helper" From Namespace "helixultimate\framework\platform - Did You Forget A "use" Statement For Another Namespace?

I was able to restore to my 4.2.9 version from Akeeba. Please advise.

I am using Shaper_fixter template

  1. We couldn't produce issue on our demo, so please share access
  2. Can you rename error.php file from your template folder and recheck
  3. you can also preview errors

What is "GuidedTours" ? did you install such a plugin? if yes, you have source of problem.

plugins/system (probably)

find it - rename folder - then all should be working again, then decide what next.

Hello,

I found that there was a legacy plugin in the database. Once removed the update completed properly.
