Pagebuilder Pro Form Builder is Not Sending Any Emails

Hi, I am actually a huge fan of JoomShaper and I think your work is great! I have noticed that many others are experiencing the same issue as me, but I have not been able to find a solution or answer on how to fix it. This is why I am writing to you now. Unfortunately, I have tried all possible ways to get the form in Helix Ultimate to work (expect smtp), but strangely, no emails are being sent from the SP Page Builder form builder set in PHP.
- My host allows PHP Mails
- Joomla is sending emails normaly
- for now i can not test smtp because i have no access to that
Will be lovley to get soon help for that !

Accepted AnswerHi, I have the same problem with Form Builder Pro, after migrating to Joomla 4. I am using an SMTP server.
- Emails are not sent from the form.
- Joomla 4 is sending emails normaly.

Accepted AnswerI just checked a fresh form builder and PHP mail instead of SMTP. It works fine. I think you mismatch the email template of the form builder. That's why occurred the problem. Thanks

Accepted AnswerForm Builder Pro Addon for Joomla 4 is a bit different then Joomla 3. After migrating to Joomla 4, I didn't notice this difference. Now my "Form" works fine. Thanks.
