SP PAge Builder Not Work After Clean Cache

Hi,

I have a problem, after update Joomla on version 3.10.11 (PHP 7.4 SP 3.8.9 PRO). If I clear cache web site go down with error 404 - Page not found. If I copy cache directory from backup site is OK.

please where is problem?

Thanks, now I could login.

And indeed it's problem with Flex template itself, I I have chosen Protostar for Page and Article - they are displayed 100% OK. By now recover-copy /cache folder and contact with Apikko support or install the lastest version of template v3.9.9 (Dec 2022), now you have old 3.0.2 from 2018! So I am not surprised that may have weird bugs!

Hi Andrej,

  1. Check folders permission
  2. Disable Cache in Joomla Global Configuration
  3. Do you have this same problem with Article view or other Joomla core components as well?

1.cache folder permission is 755

2.cache in config. Joomla is disabled.

  1. Do you have enabled Production mode in SPPB Options? If yes, try to disable.

Can you share access to admin area.

BTW

We don't support "Flex" template - it's from Apikko developer, that template may not work with SPPB 4.0.10 if you installed it already, as I remember it was designed mostly for SPPB 3.x
