Form Builder - From Email

I got Problems with the form builder. In Email Template, the field "From E-Mail" is not working as I expect.

What is the syntax to enter the display name and the sender Email to make it work properly?

I tried:

Name Email "Name" <Email> Name <Email>

But nothing worked. Additionally, the error messages are now showing up. Just the success messages.
