Problem With Menu Design

There is any possibility to change menu to like this? I dont see where I can change visuals. Only css? I worked on menu but nothing changed. I cleared cache.

It's from Helix3 template - not Helix Ultimate that you have set as default!
Please uninstall all old plugins from Helix3 and then use HU features >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/menu-navigation
In Helix Ultimate : menu columns you set inside Template Options > Menu > Item etc.
