Hi, we are trying to use the IG Gallery to display the latest posts for a particular hashtag (#accionesai23). However, when we use the Recent Media option, only one image appears when there are 240 images on IG with that hashtag. How can we make it show all the images in chronological order?
On the other hand, when we use the hashtag option, we have seen that sometimes a photo appears with the Instagram logo instead of the original. When the Gallery is put by ID this does not happen.

The Gallery extension you are mentioning here is not from us. Kindly contact your extension provider. They are supposed to help you in this case.

I don't know why but since I wrote the message the only photo that appeared has disappeared and now the message appears: No item found! Please make sure that your Instagram User ID and Access Token is correct
The token is correct since by USER ID it works perfectly

Accepted AnswerYes, the token is successfully installed. If we select User ID, it works. The problem is when selecting hashtag. We put the hashtag and the option Recent Media and it doesn´t work.
Please review the screenshots in the hidden fields.

Accepted AnswerWe have tried and it seems that with Recent Media option, it only shows posts with that hashtag in the last 24 hours. Is it possible to modify the code so that it shows more time?

Accepted AnswerHello, we have reviewed the FB developer documentation and we see that indeed the two available methods Recent and Top, are the ones that you have implemented. And they are limited to a maximum of 50 posts. So question resolved. It is not possible to show all the publications of a hashtag, it has limitations.
