Form is Not Sending Mails

Can you please see why tis simple form is not working? (I have set the recipient email of course) I test the joomla and it sends mail via php as you see here:
Sent: The email was sent to **** using PHP Mail. You should check that you've received the test email. Received: This is a test mail sent using "PHP Mail". Your email settings are correct!

Accepted AnswerSorry, the site is live and I can't give any credentials. By the way, Joomla sends text mail ok, joomla default contact form works fine and finally another 3rd party form component wokrs fine. So it is 100% sp page builder issue.
