Forms Entrys Not Send

Hello, by submitting a form of Pagebuilder Template the mails is not being sent. The test from the server itself works without problems. Only the form will not react to my task.

Form and the page itself, where the form is on, are created today.

poor support.... good tool, but horrible company! No answer in betwen two weeks! Changed the form to something external.....

Hi

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the delay. Please use a recipient email address in the field and use Global Configuration email address in the From Email field. Make sure that both emails are not the same. You will get an email on the recipient email address whenever someone fills out the form.

there you can see, that this already was taken place. Only the version seems to differ, because that options were found somewhere else.

If I may...

Sometimes it's caused by server security settings, and you even don't know about that. Then only Hosting Support may help.
