Regarding the error “Class PHPMailer\PHPMailer\PHPMailer not found”, we recommend configuring your site to use SMTP instead of PHP Mail.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Joomla Administrator → Global Configuration
2. Open the Server tab
3. Set Mailer to SMTP
4. Enter your SMTP details (host, username, password, port, and security type)
5. Save the settings and test again

After configuring SMTP, please check if the issue still occurs.

I see there are still issues with your setup in system -> global configurations -> server. Please reinstall the Joomla core, as it appears the PHPMailer functions may be broken.

This is a Joomla core issue, not related to our product. Before performing the Joomla core upgrade, please make a full backup of your site to ensure your data is safe.
