SP Page Builder 4 Pro Addons Not Moving From Selection List To Page

We were using SP PB 3 Pro and updated to 4. When you hover over an addon the move icon shows, but they don't move over to the page. We reinstalled several times PB, cycled through PHP 7.4, 8, and 8.1, selected different device views (e.g., laptop, desktop), and tried the different PB Design Menu locations and nothing. We run Akeeba Admin Tools; we disabled and nothing. Also tried different browsers and OS. We also have the domain name in the license list on your site.
So not sure what is going on. Any suggestions? Are we able to roll back to 3? If so, just reinstall or other procedure? Thanks in advance.

Accepted AnswerAny ad-blocking going on on your network? Ad-Blockers might break a lot. Did you try the developer console on Chrome or Firefox for example and checked if any errors pop up? Just open up the PB page and then do a right click on the page and select inspect. Look for console and open up the tab. Also ensure that no JS is blocked on any of your browsers.

Accepted AnswerYes, looked at that and nothing. Everything was fine with PB 3 and then upgraded to 4 and the addons are not selectable. Thanks for the help.
