Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. You shouldn't install Page Builder 5 RC package on live server. Please check now.

-Thanks

Hi Toufiq:

Have two (2) sites on the same server but in different sub-directories:-

One running Joomla! v4.3.1, SP Page Builder Pro v4.0.11 & Helix Ultimate v2.0.12, and One running Joomla! v4.3.1, SP Page Builder Pro v5.0.0-rc.1 & Helix Ultimate v2.0.12

"Coming Soon" page on both only shows the image & Social Icons ???

The Page Title and Page Content input into Helix -> [Basic] -> [Coming Soon] doesn't show !

Can you please advise fix ?

Hi Toufiq:

Coming Soon page is now working running Joomla! v4.3.1, SP Page Builder Pro v4.0.11 & Helix Ultimate v2.0.12 at site https://plexuspilates.com.au/cms.

However, Coming Soon page running Joomla! v4.3.1, SP Page Builder Pro v5.0.0-rc.2 & Helix Ultimate v2.0.12 at site https://plexuspilates.com.au/new/ is not working :-(.

Can you please investigate & advise ?

Hi Toufiq:

Website at https://www.plexuspilates.com.au/ has been updated to Joomla! v5.1.1. and is running SP Page Builder Pro v5.3.4.

However the "Coming Soon" page still has the same incirrect output issues every time SP Page Builder Pro gets updated, so the changes you're making to fix the problem are local to my site and aren't making it to the "Core Code" !

Also, when is this "Coming Soon" page going to be fixed so that it acts as as a "Coming Soon" page in the Public frontend while still allowing active login and development by the website designer ??

Lastly I note that within SP Page Builder Pro you're still not showing the P Page Builder Pro version number ??

Hi Toufiq:

Thanks for the prompt response, however it's still not working properly - i.e. not showing the "Coming Soon" text from the Yamas template.

I also note that the "Coming Soon" page is now showing login fields, but logging in doesn't take me to the Joomla! Admin backend where it should ?? - it just redirects to the "Coming Soon" page without the login fields ??

Hi Toufiq:

Coming Soon page now displaying correctly. Thanks !!

A couple of questions …

  1. When logging in on the "Coming Soon" page, it should redirect you to the Joomla! Admin backend? It doesn't :-(.
  2. Will the changes you've made to this site be added to the next SP Page Builder Pro / Yamas template so that future upgrades don't again cause the "Coming Soon" page to stop displaying correctly?

Does it works with the Joomla default Template?

Will the changes you've made to this site be added to the next SP Page Builder Pro / Yamas template so that future upgrades don't again cause the "Coming Soon" page to stop displaying correctly?

This is not our page builder issue. This issue comes from the Yamas Template. We will fix it next update.

-Thanks
