How To Add A Domain / How To Get A Template Update

Hello,
I'm new at joomshaper and have two questions.
On my website I'm using the helix profile and the page builder. Today I tried to update the domain on my dashboard here, but it was not possible to add the domain http://marina-pagel.de
How can I do that and how can I get possible update of the template?
