Not Receiving Form Made With Formbuilder After Sending (random)

i have a problem with the form made with form builder on our website. These days more and more the information send by the user with this form is not arriving anymore at the send-to email (which is our office). Also not in the spam. It seems to be random but it is happening more and more.

before I used in the 'from email' also accueil.ik@gmail. com but it had no effect.....

Accepted Answerwell, as I said in my previous comment, this doesn't make any difference. In the meantime we think it is not a problem of Joomla or pagebuilder but it is on a deeper level. Thanks for the effort, we will now continue with the deeper levels.
