Hi,
I have put a video as background and in the desktop version there is no problem but in the mobile the screen stays grey and once I scroll is when the video loads.

Autoplaying video is needed user interaction(for example: scrolling) to start on mobile browser. You can check Chorme's Autoplay Policy here.

but i have implemented two pages:
https://www.iller-shuttle-service.de
and
https://www.mbf-transporte.de/
both with a video background. in both page working autoplay on android.
but same video work not in my actual project:
https://www.devrim-eryuksel.de/k-clean/
what could be different?

Please, double check all the sites. I cannot find any problem there. All the videos are running smoothly.
Whatever, if you find the issue remains the same, make a video of it and share with us so that we can check again.
