Image Title Tag

hello all! i'm looking for and unfortunately can't find an option to give the images and graphics within the SPPB a title name. Only alt tag I could find. How and where can I put the title tag for the image - gladly also with a plugin alternative!

There is, but title="..." is taken if you would put title (text) in Image addon Title field.
and by now it's the only way to have title=".." inside image.
But as you know from SEO & Accessibility point of view ALT is more important.

Accepted AnswerI use SPPB V3: There I can also enter the title, but then I have to select H1-H6 and it sets the title above the image. I do not want that.
What is the alternative?
