SP Page Builder Module: 500 Jquery Not Found After Update From J3 To J4

Hi there, I have recently updated my site from J3 to J4. Update process went find - no issues. But when I now want to alter the SP Page Builder Module I get 500 - jquery not found.

How to fix this?
