Menu Off-canvas Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 do Not Show Toogle Menu

Hello, good afternoon. I have the helix ultimate template installed and in the off-canvas menu it does not show the menu google to show the submenus. I have template version 2.0.13 and joomla 4.3.2 and php 8.1. https://plantaazul.com I have never had a problem with the template. Can someone tell me if it is a version problem and help me. Can you share access to admin area (Super User) so I would be able to check your settings. It's the main reason of that, not code bug.
