Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 Multi Rows Layout Menu Isssue

I'm using the Helix Multi Rows Menu Layout: https://donerightchimney.services/ My Logo is 250px wide and 66 px tall, but it's not appearing in full size, it's squished and appears smaller than 250 x 66.

How can I make my Logo show in its full size instead of squished like it is now?

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

As you are using predefined header, then please use the following code in your custom CSS:

#sp-logo, #sp-contact, #sp-social {
    width: 33.33333333%;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS(Joomla 4): System>Site Templates Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

That worked on Desktop view but it moves the logo down on the same black line as the menu is on on smaller screens and mobile view, and the logo become squished: https://photos.app.goo.gl/5FR6WJJsgt8HxqUs9

You're welcome!

Just checked and found out the template is not from us. Kindly contact your template provider about it.

However, if you use the following code instead of the previous one that I gave you then it may help:

@media (min-width: 1200px){
#sp-logo, #sp-contact, #sp-social {
    width: 33.33333333%;
}
}

The it will only start applying from 1200px.
