In A Page's SEO Settings, The Image URL Gets Crippled Every Time I Save The Page

I use the Helix template. In a page's SEO settings, the image URL looks like this after I saved the page a few times:

"\"\\"{\\\\"src\\\\":\\\\"images\\\\\\\\mogelijkheden\\\\\\\\gyroscoop-back-1.webp\\\\"}\\"\""

Manual deletion of the slashes and quotation marks needs to be done every time before saving the page, in order to have the URL as it should be. Then never edit the page anymore, or the URL gathers some more slashes again.

Does anybody know if this is a bug, or if there's a workaround available?

Cheers,

Dennis

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

-Thanks

Hi Toufiq,

Thank you for your reply. I understand you would like to have access to my Joomla account in order to search for a cause or a solution. Nice! As I don't want to share the details in public, I'll put them in the Hidden Content section. Would you like to let me know the account I created for you can be closed?

Kind regards

I sure did. What's your actual expectation I do now? I expect you use the username and password I provided withthe login screen.

You didn't share popup security login credentials. Thanks

After some research I found out that you are probably talking about an extra neccessity of entering a username and password. One I don't see if I login to Joomla as usual. I have no idea to prevent this from popping up. I don't see it, unless I use VPN and try to log in to Joomla from another country. The other way around, to login without the pop-up you mention, I suggest you login from The Netherlands. Or would there be another workaround to disable the extra pop-up you see?
