SP Easy Image Gallery - Cannot Upload Images To Album

I cannot upload images to an album. Everything worked fine up to a couple months ago, can't figure out what is wrong - can someone help?

After 2 days the people at Joomshaper failed to find a fix for this problem. I had to uninstall the extension, go into MyPHP and delete the database tables, then reinstall and re-create the image galleries all over again. It's a pain because you can't use the images from the previous albums, but quicker than waiting for help that usually isn't very helpful anyway.

I am having the same issue! I get an alert saying "Unsupported image format", however the file extension I am uploading is allowed in Joomla and only in Easy Image Galerry is where I am having that problem, it works properly in the media manager, even in SP Builder PRO.

I'm using Joomla 4.3.3 SP Easy Image Gallery 2.02 PHP 8.2
