Slideshow Premade Blocks On SP Page Builder Pro Not Showing At All

I just installed a fully funciontal Joomla Site on my hosting service, version 4.3.2. Everything is working fine.

Then installed SP Page builder Pro (with a paid license, and my own license key), also added the appropriate domain for future updates.

While creating a new page, like HOME, I wanted to add a Block from the Layout Bundles, Slideshow -> Slideshow 11 and when I click on insert, there is no slideshow inserted on the edit view, nor the preview view.

Also if I try to insert testomonial carousel 3 or 5, they appear on a 3 column presentation, which should not be as they must be at full width.

Are both of these problems may actual be due to a css problem? When inserting the slideshow 11, it seems like there it is, but all I get is a blank page and the actual containr seems to be just 1px in height.

Don't know why this happens, but it is not working for me, and the chat support is really poor and bad. I already tried to resolve these issues on the chat and I just got a: Send your request on the forum.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE on this issue.

Just installed the new version of sp page builder pro, it still doesn't show the slideshow.

Also installed helix ultimate framework template and there is a problem with the CSS on the Menu.

I think it is a conflict on css files while isntalling, but since I don't get any support, eventhough I have a valid paid license, I will continue to research on this.

If it happens that any community member can help me out, will be kindly appreciated.

I just don't expect anything from support anymore.

I have just tried to visit your given link: https://lotl.site/, but could not determine where you have that slideshow.

Can i have a redirection to your problem such as screenshot and page link, please?

Your admin access will be better to have in the hidden content.

Hello

I had move to a different solution since I coudn't fix the problem, and needed to start from a clean installation and not using Page Builder Pro.

Nevertheless; if it happens again I will let you know.

To be honest, support is really poor.
