Mega Menu - Image Change On Hover

I am trying to create a mega menu comprising 2 columns, the left column will contact 6 menu links. The right column will be an image. I want the image to change depending on which menu link in the left column is hovered over. How can this be achieved?

sorry it's not possible without deeper code customization or by using extra module for that. You need to hire php developer from your city/country for that task.
You need sort of module that will change image inside examining which menu ID is/will be hovered. Then add that custom module.
