Logo URL is Not Working In Helix

Hello, We are facing a very strange issue, the URL in the top header is not working only on iPhone (all browsers). but it is working on all browsers if it is in android / PC.
I was thinking it couldbe the <a href="/"> causing the issue, so I wanted to test to hardcode the link instead of having the root symbol ( / )
- Using Joomla 4.3.3
- SP Page builder 5.0.1
- Helix 2.0.13
- Template Pitech 1.0

I have checked your site and it is working fine. I have tested with iPhone 13 Google Chrome browser.

Any idea why this is happening only on iPhone?

thanks a lot for testing, we have done few things not sure which one was causing he issue: 1- we had 2 SSL certifictes installed, removed one. 2- we stopped joomla cache 3- we updated joomla, sp page and helix 4- we reconfigured the .htaccess
