Editor Gets Cut Off In Text Block

I use JCE Editor Pro as my WYSIWYG.
When adding a "Text Block" to an SP page, the editor for the content doesn't show the full toolbar. It cuts off an entire row of icons from my tool kit. How can this be fixed?

Do you really use 100% of avaiable icons from JCE toolbar, maybe keep only those which you really use, this clean-up will help all editors. Then set "fullscreen"[<>] icon as first one on the editor toolbar.
Yes, I also use JCE Pro 2.9.38 and all looks normal with 39 icons. Screenshot from Text addon and SPPB 5.0.2 (back-end editor).

Originally I couldn't see my link icons because they were on the last row of the editor. Accepted AnswerYes, I use all of the icons that are in my editor. I already removed the ones I don't use. I'll use the full screen as a work-around. But, it makes the workflow a bit awkward.
Otherwise, I'm very glad you reverted back to the way it now works (more similar to the old version) instead of the live view when it first launched for J4.
BTW – there's one other bug in the Text Block. If you switch to the code tab, make a change, and then switch back to the text tab, and then save, it doesn't save the changes. It requires that you make the change on the code tab, then save OR make the change on the text tab, then save. You can't move between them.

Accepted AnswerI only have 4 rows in my editor layout. But, the last row has a lot of icons (media, breaks, tables, etc.)

Accepted AnswerIt seems that only 3 rows were displayed, and by default also TinyMCE has only 3 rows. Maybe that's why it was somehow limited. I will ask our developer for details. And in the meantime....
My suggestion for You is to move all needed icons to those 3 rows in JCE. On all my private sites, I use only 2 rows, for example

The more I use the text block editor, the more I notice bugs btw. For example, if you type a "backspace", it jumps to the top of the editor window rather than backspacing in the content. Same thing if you "select all". And, it adds lots of unecessary <p> </p> tags. I've tried a number of different global configs with JCE, and none of them work cleanly with how the editor works within the text block element. They work fine elsewhere in SP Pagebuilder, just not there.
