Apparently there was an SPPB free installation but someone uninstalled it.

Hello,

Usually, there is no need to uninstall SPPB lite version before installing the Pro version.

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/installation-update#span-style-font-weight-400-sp-page-builder-from-lite-to-pro-span

But as you have uninstalled it, please make sure each and every instances of the previously installed SPPB version are removed carefully. If there is any admin module or other staff left, it can cause this issue what you are facing.

If you want, you can give me access to check your issue.

Please update your Joomla version too. And keep full site backup before trying anything new.

Hi Dagoberto Torres,

Please take my sincere appology for not being there.

I have checked your backend, there I have found an instance of SP Page Builder. Here is a screenshot:

Kindly go to this Path using hosting panel: /var/www/html/research/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder

And this Path too: /var/www/html/research/components/com_sppagebuilder

Then remove com_sppagebuilder folder from both location.

Clear your Joomla and browser cache. It should let you install SP Page Builder Pro then.
