Can anyone please help me with this topic? I followed the instruction that you guys have, it only worked for the older version of SP Page Builder, but it doesn't work for the newer version of SP Page Builder. Please help or update your user guide on how to get it works. Thank you!

The same method works. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

I followed the instruction, everything turned out ok, but still got this message.

No item found! Please make sure that your Instagram User ID and Access Token is correct
