Hello,

just a short question. Is an update to Joomla 4.x planned for this template, since J2Store is finally ready?

Thank you, Oli

Well, we might not work with other third-party extensions. There will be templates with our own extension.

Hello Oliver

We have not decided yet what we will do with the templates with J2Store. We are bringing up our eCommerce component very soon. It might release this month or the next month.

Best regards

Oh, that is good news. I thought, you guys forgot about that, because there was no more response on this topic at all.

Hello Ofi,

is there any update on this one? This means all templates, using J2store, of course. Since Easystore will need some time to cover some features, it woud be very nice, indeed, to get updated templates for Joomla 4.x. Now that J2store is finally ready for this. And hopefully, adaptions are not that hard to be done ;-)

Cheers!

We will update the template with our e-commerce component Easy Store. We will develop a migration tool to convert from J2Store or other third-party e-commerce component.

Hm ... which is not good news, I'm afraid. Because Easystore doesn't support download products, as J2store does. How will you migrate this?

There is not much information available for share. There will be a tool to migrate from J2Store to Easy Store.

Thank you for your answer. But this means in other words that I have to stay on Joomla 3.x and J2store, unless Easystore is mature enough to support all the features, I need (and which are provided by J2store). I bought J2store only (!), because I wanted to use your cool template. Now I stuck with it. I counted on a more caring product support here and was wrong. My bad.

Maybe you can understand that this is not especially satisfying...

We wanted to work with J2Store. But J2Store took too much time to make their component ready for Joomla 4. By then, we have moved to bring our own e-commerce component. We are trying our best to make EasyStore useful.
