I have a current SPBuilder Pro subscription and I want to know if I have to pay additionally to access the Pre-Blocks or are they included? Since they appear to me that they are only for the PRO version

Thanks for contacting us. If you have page builder subscription then you dont need to pay extra for layouts and blocks. It is under this subscription. For this you have to just follow few steps
First you have to download SP Page Builder Pro from here
https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
Then you have to install it. Go to administrator-->extension-->install After that you have to active it.Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard.
Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache.
